C’était un rêve, c’est devenu une passion.
Tous trois oenologues consultant, nous avons créé le Château Fleur La Mothe au printemps 2008. Un seul objectif : exprimer toute la quintessence d’un terroir.
L’alchimie entre la tradition des grands vins de Bordeaux et les évolutions technologiques indispensables, est d’une subtilité passionnante : chaque étape doit être raisonnée, optimisée, pour atteindre une « qualité sans modération ». Ouvrir une bouteille du Château Fleur La Mothe sera alors un moment de bonheur convivial.

- Removing the young shoots growing out of the trunk and side branches of the vines to keep only the shoots that are needed on the fruit-bearing branch.
- Tying in the shoots in the direction of training.
- Protecting against diseases by spraying with fungicides.
- As the winery buildings get warmer, the wines have to be kept under closer supervision.
